At Michael Jones Jeweller, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewellery and watches are returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and certificates intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to initiate your request and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope along with your completed returns form.

• 3.
  Ship Securely

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
