How do I know the jewelry is authentic?

Every piece at Michael Jones Jeweller is meticulously inspected by our in-house gemologists. High-value diamonds are accompanied by GIA or IGI certifications, and all luxury watches include original brand documentation and serial numbers.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer complimentary insured express shipping on all orders over £500. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while bespoke or resized items may require additional processing time as specified on the product page.

Can I return an item if it's not right for me?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.

Do you offer professional ring resizing services?

We provide one complimentary resizing for most engagement and wedding rings within 60 days of purchase. Some designs, such as full eternity bands, cannot be resized and must be ordered in the correct size.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger purchases, we also offer flexible financing options through our partner providers, subject to credit approval.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Michael Jones Jeweller pieces come with a 24-month manufacturing warranty. This covers any production defects but does not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of gemstones.
